Energy conservation. Building energy profile. General provisions: Standard form.

This standard establishes the basic requirements for the composition and content of the energy passport for the heating and ventilation systems of residential and public buildings that consume fuel and energy resources, for the purpose of assessing energy efficiency indicators and developing energy-saving measures. Energy conservation in buildings; necessity of introducing an energy passport: the passport may be mandated by regulatory legal acts and/or the building owner. The standard applies to technical oversight of buildings, energy surveys (energy audits), and the assessment of the efficiency of fuel and energy resource utilization.
