Why should you entrust this job to us?

A comprehensive approach to improving building energy efficiency. We conduct diagnostics, propose options for rectifying defects, and carry out the necessary repairs.

  • Our staff members hold higher technical degrees and Level 2 thermographer certification.
Thermal imaging is performed only by personnel holding a higher technical education degree and having completed advanced training as a Level 2 thermographer.
  • We work exclusively with professional equipment that has been verified by a standardization and metrology center.
High-quality thermographic diagnostics can only be performed using professional, certified equipment.
  • We carry out all work in strict compliance with GOST standards and construction norms and regulations.
We perform thermographic inspections in accordance with GOST standards. If defects are detected, we demonstrate their non-compliance with current building regulations.
  • We provide a thermal imaging inspection report.
We are qualified specialists; our equipment has been verified by the Center for Metrology and Standardization and is listed in the State Register of approved equipment.
Our report carries legal weight, and you can present it in court if necessary.
  • We perform an economic analysis of your building's energy efficiency.
Any project must make economic sense; we will calculate your heat loss, the cost of energy-efficiency upgrades, the savings achieved through thermal insulation, and the payback period.
specialist qualification
Thermal imaging inspections and energy audits are performed only by a specialist with a higher technical education and the appropriate qualifications.
We use only professional equipment.
All our equipment has undergone verification and is listed in the State Register of Approved Measuring Instruments.
Hikmicro M30 Thermal Imager
A device that displays the surface temperature of observed objects.
Key specifications:
⚫ Sensor resolution: 384 x 288 (110,592 pixels)
⚫ Thermal sensitivity: < 35 mK (at 25°C, F#=1.0)
⚫ Temperature measurement range: -20°C to 550°C (-4°F to 1022°F)
⚫ Accuracy: Maximum of ±2°C (3.6°F) or ±2% (whichever is greater) for ambient temperatures between 15°C and 35°C (59°F to 95°F) and object temperatures above 0°C (32°F)

Explanation: We use this device to inspect an object; it displays the object based on the temperature it emits. By analyzing this thermal image, we draw conclusions regarding the technical condition of the object being inspected.
testo 915i surface thermometer
A device that measures the surface temperature of an object.
Key specifications:
⚫ Temperature measurement range: -50 to +400°C
⚫ Accuracy: ±1% of the measured value

Explanation: We use this device to perform a check measurement of the temperature; both the thermal imager and the thermometer measure surface temperature, but to ensure measurement reliability in accordance with GOST standards, we use two devices.
testo 510i differential pressure measuring instrument
A device that measures the pressure difference between two media.
Key specifications:
⚫ Measurement range: -150 to +150 hPa
⚫ Accuracy: ±0.05 hPa

Description: We use this device for building airtightness testing. The test requires a pressure difference of 50 Pa between the building's interior and exterior; the device is mounted on the blower door and displays the resulting pressure difference.
Thermohygrometer testo 605i
A device that measures temperature and humidity within an object and also calculates the dew point.
Key specifications:
⚫ Measurement range: -20°C to +60°C
⚫ Accuracy: ±0.5°C

Explanation: This device is used to measure indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity during the inspection. The dew point is calculated based on the humidity reading and overlaid onto the thermogram; the resulting data allows for the prediction of mold and condensation formation on surfaces.
Blower door
The device used to extract air from the room for air permeability testing.
Using this device, we create a 50 Pa pressure difference between the interior and the exterior, causing outside air to attempt to enter the room through any leaks; by inspecting the building with a thermal imager during this process, we can identify all the defects allowing outside air to penetrate the space.
PQWT L-5000 Acoustic Leak Detector
A device used to detect leaks in pressurized pipelines.
Using acoustic diagnostics, we can locate leaks in buried or indoor pressure pipelines at depths of up to 5 meters.
Radiodetection CAT4+ and Genny4 cable and pipe locator
A device capable of detecting underground utilities at depths of up to 7 meters.

Using a cable and pipe locator, we can detect utilities at depths of up to 7 meters, even if neither end of the utility line is visible.
